FUDDY DUDDY CONFECTIONERY PAYMENT OPTIONS:

For Payment at FUDDYDUDDYS.COM, Fuddy Duddy's Confectionery accepts Credit Cards (VISA - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card), Bank Debit Cards and PAYPAL.

FUDDY DUDDY'S CONFECTIONERY'S SHIPPING POLICIES:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt with the exception of orders placed over the weekend or during holidays, and in the case of out of stock items. For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item for a different one of equal or greater value.

We ship year round, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, with most orders arriving within 5-7 business days to most US locations. (See shipping options at checkout) Please allow for an additional 2-3 business days for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We ship via United States Post Office (USPS) and offer a variety of options. Prices vary with the level of shipping as well as weight and size of shipment. A “separate comment box” will be included at checkout in order to provide any special requests.

PERISHABLE ITEMS SHIPPING NOTICE: Fuddy Duddy's Confectionery will not be liable for perishable products sent using USPS Ground Advantage. This includes ALL bakery items as we do not use preservatives in our baked goods. To ensure the best freshness upon delivery we strongly recommend using the USPS Priority Mail option.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING NOTICE: Fuddy Duddy's Confectionery will not be liable for damages to products sent using USPS Ground Advantage to warm weather locations. This includes any destination with an average temperature above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. For these locations we strongly recommend using the USPS Priority Mail option. We take extra precautions when shipping to warm weather locations. Once a package leaves our facility the customer is held liable for any damage that may occur from choosing a slower shipping method.

USPS® Coronavirus Updates: Delayed Delivery

USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

We consider the time period from May-September to be “warm weather shipping” months. During these months, we may require customers to use the fastest shipping methods we offer. No refunds or exchanges will made for melted candy if standard delivery is selected by you and the product is received melted during May-September.

For corporate orders or orders exceeding $1,000.00, please contact us and we will work to provide you with the best shipping rates and packaging solutions possible.

Please be careful in completing all delivery information as we will not refund shipping costs for packages not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (including omission of suite or apartment number, building or house number, etc.), or incorrect or misspelled recipient name. We are also not responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries due to recipient refusal of delivery, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, work stoppages, transportation disruptions, or other matters beyond our control.

If the package is returned with damages or package is lost, customer will be responsible for the full amount of the original charges.
